"A
Bit of Heaven" Chalet Rental
Nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this beautiful 3 bedroom two bath,
plus game room chalet is conveniently
located approximately one half mile from the Ski Beech resort on Beech Mountain and close to the Beech
Mountain Club Recreation Center. Children are welcome in our chalet. We have 2 Queen beds, a
full
size bed and a twin bed (sleeps 9) for children only, we will allow 2 additional children to use sleeping
bags (group total would then be 11)
Our chalet has 3 levels on the main floor you enter from the large front
deck into our comfortable and cozy great room (living room
and dining area). There is also an eat in kitchen, a
utility closet in the hall with a washer & dryer and the
master bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor has 2
roomy bedrooms with a bathroom in between. The front
bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead out to the
upstairs balcony. The lower level is a large game
room with a pool table, TV, and a sleeper sofa.
After an invigorating day of winter sports, what could be better than to relax
in front of a cozy fire to watch TV, play a game of cards,
or shoot a friendly game of pool? Perhaps
even 40 winks might add to your
relaxation!
Amenities
We have many extras such as color TV/VCR/DVD with extended
cable in the living room as well as one in each of the 3
bedrooms and the game room. The new pool table is a
great addition to our chalet. There is a microwave, dishwasher, washer
and dryer, wood burning fireplace, phone, grill, linens,
full service kitchen, supplies (firewood, paper
supplies, soaps, etc.) and much more. Our chalet
has good berber carpet, lovely paneling, and very
attractive furniture - it is light and bright.
As we are members of the Beech Mountain Club, you are permitted to swim in
the heated Olympic size swimming pool, play on the
private golf course or use one of the many tennis
courts. (May 1 to October 15)
