Winter	$150 per night	$175 per night	$1,000
Spring, Summer, Fall	$100 per night	$120 per night	$650

THESE RATES ARE YOUR TOTAL COST – they include taxes and the cleaning fee.
There are no other fees except for the $150 REFUNDABLE security deposit required to hold your reservation. This $150 is returned to you after the cleaning lady has checked the chalet and found everything to be satisfactory.
The rent is due 4 weeks in advance of your stay (if your reservation has been made prior to that time).
MONTHLY RATES available upon request.
All reservations must be confirmed by phone.
A minimum 3 night stay is required.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING are allowed. We request that smoking be done outside on the deck.
